Dragon Ball Z General Tendon The Frieza Force by Eric-Arts

A being of few words, Tendon rose to prominence while he worked within Frieza’s elite private army the Ginyu Force. Once a member of a race of powerful psy-warriors he saw potential in Frieza’s offer of an alliance with his Planet Trade empire, but being a proud people they refused against Tendon’s protests.
